Our Process

Define your goals and budget

We take the time to fully understand your objectives for a new home: is it for investment or to live in? Then we know how to proceed with the next steps of the project. Setting a realistic budget that includes the cost of land, construction and permits is essential at this stage.

Next, we review all plans and documents and work with the architect and engineer to ensure that all documents are suitable and ready for the construction phase.

Securing approvals

We obtain all the necessary documents to ensure that the building is fully permitted before construction begins.

Pre-construction preparation

This stage involves clearing the site of any obstructions or debris and setting up temporary facilities such as fencing, storage and a site office if required.

Construction

We start to build your project step by step according to the plan, making sure that every detail and specification is taken into account. Meanwhile, we schedule and pass various inspections required by local building codes and regulations at various stages of construction.

Completion and handover:

On completion, we go through the project in detail to agree that all work has been carried out to (or beyond) the scope defined in your plans. All certifications and documentation will be provided at this handover.

Warranties:

Throughout the warranty and liability period, BUILD & ART will remain responsible for any apparent defects caused by our tradesmen or contracted by us and will endeavor to rectify problems as they arise. Defects are rare, but if they do occur, we will rectify them as soon as possible. All our work is insured for three years non-structural and seven years structural.
