6A Chippendale Ct Project, Templestowe
The 6A Chippendale project is another successful venture in our portfolio of multi-occupancy developments.
We are thrilled to present the briefing for one of our latest home renovation Templestowe Lower projects, a 3-bedroom house built in the 1970s and owned by a family of four, including twin boys. The primary goal of this project is to fulfill the family’s desire for a more spacious and functional living environment, incorporating specific features requested by the homeowners, such as a spectacular master bedroom and a separate space for a garage.
To achieve this, our team has worked diligently to increase the space up to 150 sqm.
Throughout the renovation process, we encountered various difficulties and challenges, including some measurements and technical issues from the design and drawing plans. However, our collaboration with the architect enabled us to devise proper solutions for these issues. Fixing retaining walls, replacing plasters on walls, and adding new slabs for the garage were other concerns that we addressed as well.
Additionally, an aspect of the project involved changing the entire roof structure to enhance durability and aesthetics. We are pleased to announce that the project has progressed to the lock-up stage, with our team currently focusing on the fixing stage to ensure meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
The estimated cost for the full renovation is 600,000 AUD, reflecting the comprehensive scope of work involved and the high standards of quality upheld by our team. We are committed to delivering exceptional results, ensuring the renovation of a home that harmonizes aesthetics with functionality, tailored to the unique lifestyle of the family.
